I’m bouta start Reta GHK mt2 and bpc like is it worth sacrificing muscle to get super lean? If I genuinely don’t look good when sub 10% im genuinely gonna blast whatever it takes

So like say when I’m taking Reta I go from my 400-500 cal deficit to say an 1000 cal deficit so I can lose face fat faster im still not gonna lose much muscle?You're not gonna lose muscle mass as long as you train 2x a week and get enough protein (like 2x your weight in metric units)
