i stopped eating refined sugars carbs. Even if food like carbs or processed bullshit is right in front of me and looks tasty and tempting, I force myself to not eat it so I won't eat at all. I really am focused on ascending this year because inhibiting aromatase is hard.

I eat 7-20 eggs per day & lower ldl cholesterol by exercising and eating avocados. I eat $50 of red meat 3-4/7 days per week. I drink a quarter a gallon of milk every day. Im considering eating raw butter and cheese too for even more cholesterol.

Im 15 by the way. Is this a healthy diet? I don't eat anything other than red meat, eggs, avocados, milk, cheese, butter, olive oil, and salmon.

I eat salmon, eggs, and milk 2 hrs before bed for GABA so i can fall into deep sleep.

I hope i dont get a heart attack anytime soon. I might fast for another 2 days so my hgh will be up and my igf-1 will lower.

I've recently been noticing prostate enlargement & erectile dysfunction and low libido. I dont fucking know how DHT levels increased. What should I do? I've been staying in the parasympathetic system, deep breathing, reducing oxidative stress & cortisol. I sun my balls and get 1-3 hours of sunlight every day. I stay away from EMF and blue light. My mental health is declining by the day. I don't wear airpods anymore either. I don't brush my teeth with fluoride, I use water and my toothbrush. I don't do any skincare at all and I barely shower because of all the heavy metals. I wear cotton, not polyester. I don't drink from fountains or tap water. I don't use lotion.

How do I further inhibit aromatase via estrogen & lower dht? I need more testosterone not DHT.
