Sad eyes, surgery possible ?

Hello to all,


I am posting a picture of my eyes, does anyone know if it is possible to surgically improve them so that they no longer look sad?

My life has been pretty shitty because of these eyes. Whether in my private or professional life.
Everyone thinks I am very sad and keeps away from me.


Here is a second picture, where the upper eyelid is raised.

I find this much more attractive and above all not sadder.

My negative canthal tilt doesn't help me much either...

You have pstosis (droopy eyelids) and an NCT.

What you need is canthoplasty, eyelid pstosis surgery and also lower eyelid retraction.

Also you can look on eye surgeons websites (e.g. Taban) where they display their results.

But yeah theres not an 100% chance it goes well. So it will be up to you to weigh up the risks.
