Most male models aren't incredibly lean. Most tiktokers with hollow cheeks abuse carbs and sodium. Chad has never heard of a diuretic in his life. I will still cut to 12 percent one day but mostly for the benefit of my physique because my face will have minimal improvement as I have been 13-14 percent before.
