Nigr what, first of all it's way harder to kill yourself with a knife or scissors then suffocating. Even if you stab yourself your mind physically tells you to stop and won't let you. Maybe in some extreme cases the adrenaline rush relives the pain but after a few seconds when it kicks you just stop
