Is there a way I can get safe ccw bimax for cosmetics only? I feel like lover maxilary downgrowth holds me back a lot, and makes my chin seem recessed. I used to have overbite when younger, but got it "fixed" by braces with extractions(extractions only on upper jaw if Im correct, but Im not really sure).
My maxilla is downgrown I believe, and I have invisible gonions on most sp photos, and also week undereye:feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope:.
Or maybe more realistically, is tjere any way it could be acchieved with implants amd genio only, but whitout looking uncanny?

There's no "cosmetic" bimax; it's just bimax. I suggest not fiddling around with implants and get bimax if it's what you require.

If you don't have skeletal malocclusion, yeah.

Your teeth can be perfectly aligned but you still may be recessed skeletally. This usually happens with camouflage orthodontics.

See orthodontist. Ask his/her opinion on jaw surgery.

Or show ur face/xrays on here.

It is done all the time nowadays

Well, I had some teeth remooved when I was getting braces at like 11/12/13yo.
Im not sure how many exactly, but I think 2 premolars from upper jaw, one on each side.
Is this what you are refering to as camouflage ortho?

Yep, they masked your jaw problem by meddling with teeth.

Echoing some sentiments here - get a full head scan with an ortho under the guise of "Revisiting my oral health", or "Getting a holistic picture of my bite and jaw". Or if you're outside the US get one privately.

Then request the imaging from the center that did it and just go directly to consulting with maxfacs.

Dentists and Orthos, unless the owner of the practice is also a maxfac, will just match their solution to your problem instead of being an advocate for your overall wellbeing. What's best for them is not always what's best for you.

A surgeon would likely suggest you to do bimax but you could also just do a genio and it would improve quite a bit.

And what would you think about infraorbitals? I think i havequite a week area there too.

get a bimax if you have the money, otherwise just get genio and call it a day. Don’t get implants without a proper fundament, meaning: implants on top of bimax, not on top of shitty bone structure.

Sure. If implants id cosider only infraorbitals, since that are wont get better by bimax nor genio.

Getting only infraorbitals is a waste of money

Bimax + genio and then infras would be the wisest I guess in that case
