nah this is bullshit reddit bluepiller advice, you have to find a girl in your teens and groom her until you're like 20 then marry.
if you do it in your 30s the marriage will likely end in a divorce.
you need to be pair bonding from a very early age if you're not then there is no basis to the relationship existing at all.
