Dandelion root

Dandelion root, that is one. It is good and easy to source in capsules or drinks.
What are the results? Are they really visibile and decent or is it minimal impact? Do you recommend to use some diuretics like Eplerenone or this could be enough, i dont have that much bloating, like yeah but not chronical

your dick cant get erect on diuretics. Its cruel irony, you might be able to pull a baddie because you look dehydrated but your dick wont get up

Yeah , but natural diuretics have same effects? Like dandelion root and bromelina?

I hear eplerenone is popular around here, might be a better alternative to diuretics. And im not sure dandelion even really dries you out to a noticeable extent, pharma diuretics certainly do, but they are completely horrible.

Well, it helps bloating/water retention very well. If you are puffy or inflammed, it wont directly fix it. If all you have is digestional bloat or water retention, it will show. The more water retention, the bigger the difference.

Eplerenone in my opinion is good, but only go into "deeper" diuretics if natural remedies do not work enough for you.

I would try dandelion root before anything else in your case.

Also, you should in addition to this try and fix the root cause. Bloating, which is either actual bloating or mistaken water retention, is mostly caused by your diet. Eat lost of sodium and not enough potassium, you get water retention (although you do need sodium in the diet, just not too much and a 4:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio, meaning per 1g sodium 4g potassium). You should also just try and get rid of any processed foods, foods that upset your stomach, and introduce probiotic foods and stuff with good gut bacteria, like fermented foods (kefir, kimchi, etc.). Make sure to get lots of sleep and stay hydrated (usually 2L water a day) too.
