Is it safe to eat raw meat, eggs etc. from a basic grocery store? Located in europe btw.

eggs yes, meat probably. But you should not eat raw meat anyways no reason

just sear the steak in a super hot pan for 10 seconds each side
most of the bacteria is on the surface anyway.
