I have a sagging face and I'm still in puberty. I have smile lines and eye bags is there a way to fix this. My maxilla and i think orbitals are slightly recessed which might be causing this and if so is there anything I can do for more growth in those areas? I also heard collagen deficiency can also cause this, is this true? And if it is how can I increase it?

use tretinoin in your fine lines, tap a tiny bit on them so the tret penetrates, i did that and my lines are less noticeable.

Brutal agepill

whats ts even mean im still young
I feel bad for you. Your telomeres are probably shortened so when your cells replicate, they are getting shorter and fainter with each copy. It means your collagen production has also peaked and is now in a downward spiral, and that's whats causing your face to sag down on your receding skull. You are actually not "still in puberty", your body is degenerating and you need experimental stem cell therapy to help slow your aging before you die at the age of 29.

Yes I will give you some good advice and you really should try to do this ASAP because its not looking good.

So first you need to sleep 9 hours same time every day wake up the same timee since your growth hormone is already low. This is just basic stuff. Supplement vitamin C (1-2 g) a day for collagen synthesis (again basic). Buy zinc and copper supplaments and take them.

For peptides, they are not totally worthless but you should microdose isotretinoin 5-10 mg 2-3x a week. Also ghk cu subq 2-3 mg a day if you can get your hands on it to help with the sagging (idk how severe it is since you haven't sent a pic just guessing). Also do a peptide BPC-157 also subq maybe you need the higher end so 500 mcg dose to help heal your body. Also hop on 4-6 iu HGH.

In the future after puberty you can try experimenting with stem cells and exosome therapy very niche things if its still bad.

I cant really get peptides rn but Ill try doing the other stuff also I dont really be getting 9 hours of sleep its more like 4 hours then 6 then like 14 hours. is this bad or does it recover my sleep debt?

No you can't repay your debt like that, this is worsening your aging. You need consistency like I said wake up at the same exact time every day sleep at the same time even on the weekends. Your not gonig to get any collagen repair with that shit sleep schedule. You should try to get your hands on those peptides i said asap and eat a mediterannean diet.

weight loss helped my smile lines but only when while on GHK cu. also PRF injections. eye bags idk but just get higher quality sleep. ive always had a prominent nasolabial fat pad since i was a kid, so its not a collagen issue just awful fat pad insertions. but i will say when i was cutting without ghk cu/prf i had the worst smile lines of my life so idk if it was because i lost too much surrounding fat and am now just losing the nasolabial fat or if it is because of a skin tightness issue or both. but my smile lines have gotten down to a very reasonable level, though im planning to run 20 days of epithalon in december and do more 1-2 more prf injections to hopefully get rid of them completely and further improve my skin

i will say one thing you will see a lot of people saying you should fat dissolve them, but im not sure this is the best idea esp if you are using aqualyx, but it is a good last resort if you are 10% lean and the fat pad is still prominent u just gotta be careful.

also i suffered from the same shit when i was sleeping 6 hours a night eating goyslop at 15 and if i managed to mitigate it in a few months i think you can do

oral retinoids and i fixed my smile lines by losing weight and stopped with goyslop
