No. If you know it is skin and not fat kybella definitely will not help.

If you are in Europe they’re are some mesotherapy clinics that might be able to help. Little is known about their ingredients though.

At first I did not know what to think. I kept seeing the word ‘incel’ and ‘autist’ until I eventually looked up the meaning to my shock. Grown very fond of the PSL community this year!
