2 years ago I fell for the Sam Sulek propaganda and committed to a dirty bulk (ik very stupid)

Fast forward to today, I have lost all the fat I gained and I have now achieved the same fat percentage as before my bulk

One thing that has changed is that my cheeks (on my face ofc) are very saggy now. My face is A LOT rounder than before, and I don't have the hollow cheeks I used to have, even though I'm on the same weight and bf% as before I started my bulk.

Back then I used to have fat around my cheeks, giving the appearance of a good cheekbones, but it's like that fat distribution of my face has moved all the way down towards my lower cheeks.

I also might have exacerbated my issue by constantly cheek biting to counteract my puffy lower cheeks. I also used to mew 24/7 (lmao) which I don't anymore, but I dont mf mouth breathe, but my tongue posture is not optimal like before.

I'm debating with my self whether or not this would be fixed by buccal fat removal/reduction, but I'm skeptical as my midface volume has decreased, as mentioned above (my whole fat distribution just moved down)

Anybody experienced the same?

stats btw: 180 cm 66 kg (5 foot 11, 145 lbs)
I'm 21 years old rn

how fat did you get? i doubt you got fat enough to rape the skin on your face if you're only 145 now.

I went all the way to 82 kg (180 lbs) in a matter of 6 months

So 16 kg increase (35 lbs) in 16 months, including water weight and whatever

maybe lose more weight?

If you had your wisdom teeth removed, then the fact that you get saggy skin coincided with the moment you lost weight, this happens to everyone who has them removed

just keep losing weight, i doubt that would do it. just never go on a crazy surplus again, there is no point.
