Said hi to a bitch walking her dog and I think she stalked me

Was walking to check my mail when a girl caught my eye on the way. She was a cute white girl but looked hella young, she was walking her boxer dog. Just said “hi how you doing” to her as her dog came up to me and sloppered my leg. She didnt say anything except call off her dog. She immediately looked down as I looked at her so I continue my business to the mailroom.
As I got my mail and stepped out, she was still there but looking straight at me as I walked away. I walked back to my apartment and decided to come back out as I dropped my mail off. And She was there just a couple hundred meters away looking at my direction with her dog. As soon as I noticed, I stared back for a moment and thought wtf that was weird.
Then I got into my car and drove down the street and parked to make some texts and phone calls for work and a few minutes later. I noticed her walk past my car and then just stood nearby with her dog. Shit got awkward so I avoided looking in her direction and eventually she turned and walked away.
This happened like 15 minutes ago, I actually typed this shit in my car rn. Dunno could be me over analyzing, I’m just bored af.
