Just got off the phone with Sailers assistent. He now charges 1900 euro's (2150 usd) for a 2 hour consultation lmao. I think he doubled his consultation price recently because too many incels go there for planning, but end up doing surgery somewhere else. I will probably also go there for an overal plan :feelswhy:. Then I will bring his plan to Zarrinbal or someone else in my area.

Maybe more than 100k now. He used to charge 1000 euros for a consultation and his price was 100k for surgery. Now his consult costs 1900 so surgery could also be more

there is no fucking reason to pay ten times the honest price to undergo a medical orthognatic surgery.

Orthognatic surgery even for slight overbite should be accessible to everyone and free, paid by taxpayers through healthcare

my bite and teeth are perfect. thats the problem lol. I do snor and might have sleep apnea too, gonna get it checked out soon, but its a pain in the ass in my country to get the doctor to agree you need jaw surgery. Most likely they will get me a cpap. I always need to convince the docters in the netherlands about the best treatment.. its like they have no clue

This is my occlusion, deep bite (aka overbite) and some overjet.
I have no sleep apnoea, but doctor said my current medical insurance will likely pay the bimax as "functional surgery" to prevent TMJ and chew correctly. Bimax costs 10k and insurance remburses 7k.
My insurance has the final say on whether bimax on me will be rembursable, so future will tell.

with my previous medical insurance I could not undergo bimax because its rules explicitly said bimax is (partially) paid only if the patient has diagnosed micrognatia.

I know an italian guy who had bimax with Raffaini paid by insurance with no effort, and another guy who had to fake a sleep apnoea screening and corrupted his family doctor in order to get a bimax prescription, in order to had bimax partially paid by his insurance (Generali is insurance's name)

How did you even bring up the idea of bimax to your doctor? Mine would laugh in my face if I only had a 1mm overbite like you.

Better than mine
I wish I was born with a single fixable sumbhuman trait instead of being mediocre in each feature (philtrum length, midface ratio, forward growth, high hairline, weak infraorbital rim, UEE, PFL, weak nasion)

You know what's worse? Having every single good feature and looking like shit due to trash harmony.

That sounds risky. Getting bimax from a female that is also not famous in the "aesthetic approach" surgery community
I would also never ever get surgery from a female.

she is trained by sailor though and has good results. she knows about chimp lip and upturning of nose and much more. she is very knowledgeable and has an eye of aesthetics. plus he is very sympathetic and probably would do a revision if first surgery fails. also if im gonna die during bimax its fine cause i have nothing to lose. ascend or sterbe baby, ich gib kein fick if nüt digga ich kenn nüt bruder nüt halted mich uf, ich wird krässiszi gigamogger wo je hets gits alli werded ihri auge ufmache und stune

That is most guys tho. Im pretty average in just about all departments. Nothing outstanding, except athletic ability but no one gives a fuck about that unless you go pro.

You live in the woods with an african tribe bro?
France, bimax ccw is covered by insurance if you have sleep apnea so u pay 2.5k total

No cosmetic bimax tho
