Salcylic acid and hot towel

Ive had nose blackheads for awhile and they show way more in winter, i just hopped out the shower and had a good idea to get a hot towel and salcylic acid cleanser. I rubbed the cleanser on my nose and let it sit for a minute then i removed exscess cleanser with a hot towel and kept it on for 5 minutes. I just took a photo with back flash and most blackheads are gone
