SALES PILL - Make $200k+

base of 40. 120-150 average first year for reps. manager said if your making 100 then you wont last long here. industry is related to homes. some products that are adjacent are solar, hvac, kitchen and bath etc.
Why won't someone making 100k last there? Makes no sense. If they're doing better than majority of people why would they quit? Sounds fucking fishy man

because it means you are not closing at a high percentage and you are severely underperforming and wasting the business money on ads when they want you on pace for 120-150. This is simple biz brother

Yeah they're gonna fire someone for making only 100k when they could have made 120k. "Oh no guys this underperformer is making 20k less than this other guy!" And on straight commission too which means they're not costing the company anything

Holy shit you are gullible.

if you work in sales you know what PIP is. they put you on PIP and if you dont reach your goal they will be actively looking for someone else.

Bro you first said it was 40k base the changed it to commission only. If you're making 100k you're costing the company nothing and someone making 100k is not that far in skill from someone making 120k anyway.

So either your new company is incredibly stupid for not simply training those underperformers to do better and then hoping their next salesperson will be as good to make 100k (which isn't common in sales) OR you're making shit up to flex on random Indians online

40 base plus commish. i meant no residuals or anything like that. the company spends lots on money on leads brother and if you cant close them at the expected rate best believe they will find someone that can. the 120 number is for first year. after theat they expect more

Again. If you can make 100k in sales you can make 150k. The skill level is the same. If they're really firing people with actual potential they're morons. 100k sales people are not run of the mill or easy to find

it was most likely an exaggeration to show the potential or working there

How much of an edge would you say physical attractiveness provides in sales?

Aware that tonality, asking the right questions, and other fundamentals are most crucial in sales. But in our domain of looksmaxxing, sales seems like a nobrainer as a career path to take advantage and benefit financially from our appearance

Just spawn in United States theory

Yea I think there is definitely an edge. That’s why I posted here. A highly attractive person will do well and another thing people over look is they will get great jobs if they are good because companies inherently know this. Obv there are plenty of gay liberal lgbtq companies that don’t care but for the most part sales jobs have decent looking ppl
