you mean PIE? like the other guy said do tret with azeliac acid, try to get 15%+ azeliac acid 10% is usually OTC but if you can find 15-20% thats better, 10% works but its just abit slow and weaker id say 15% is the sweetspot. and make sure to use spf aswell and keep the skinbarrier nice you mostly just want it to not get it irritated whatsoever
