nicotine gum coffee and coconut oil( just 1 or two tbsp three times a day). If very hungry I eat a meal with protein and eat a fruit this is very satiating and also the fruit decreases the cortisol rise from the protein. Usually this is just around 450 calories, I eat two meals like this and around 1800 calories a day rn ( ideally I wouldnt be eating rice in the morning but I live w parents and so I eat a little rice , some legumes (not great IK but I am shifting towards dhal rice powder instead slowly for the protein) and since rice is starchy I also eat some fructose to offset insulin rise from the glucose dominant starch. The rice meal is probably around 500 cals , rest of cals come from the fruit I mentioned milk I drink and cheese, cottage cheese and durum wheat ( also not ideal but I like starches -im cutting down on them tho) honey( also not much ). In the day I dont really feel hungry because I eat most of my food at night to fuel a good nights sleep since contrary to assumptions eating a hearty meal at night and taking salt to reduce stress gives me a great nights sleep ( Just slept around 14 hours now havent slept for a day because I had an exam- if this was before I would have woken up before my body intended), I also take magnesium glycinate and l theanine before I sleep and magnesium is great for allowing the body to rest. I will soon start gym so my Calories in should go up to around 2000 but Ill still be in a slight deficit since im 6'2-6'3, plan is to get some muscle and cut more the two months after this month ( im not in a hurry for a muscular physique I would like to lean down first since fat is subhuman and Ive also never seen myself without fat since I was like 11 yo)What do you do for cravings or binges.
