He for sure got a hair transplant as well. Look at the temple line on the right on each pic. It's been filled in on the right and frames his face much better. Subtle but contributes heavily to his chad status. You see this when you compare early and recent pictures of Gandy as well:

Obiously he still mogs in both pics but the way the temples frame his face in the top pic is far more optimal IMO

apart from his chin it does look like it, can understand everything except the chin. i am more inclined to believe chewing did it more than mewing.
