I want to believe salludon is a true soft looksmaxxer because it helps me cope
But in reality he either got surgery or a really fucking late growth spurt. Or maybe frauded before pictures. All I know is his Ascension is too crazy with to little receipts. To trust anything he says as sound advice. So even if creatine does debloat you which I don't know why you would care there's many formulas specifically for debating you shouldn't trust salludon or any famous LMer because they probably don't know what they're talking about.
