allegedly if you are to believe his xrays but some things can be hidden but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt. So there's only two possibilities remaining.

1. Hard mewing + Hard chewing ascended him at the age of 20 > 21 (age according to his old reddit posts)

2. He was always a bonemogger (possible, his childhood photo of him approximately 6-8 years old shows extreme forward growth, especially around the jaw/chin area, exact copy of him now except older)

But the question remains if he always had those bones, the before pictures were either edited to make him look worse or as he says, due to bad habits in his teenage years he lost his forward growth if that's even possible and then somehow gained it back at 20/21 years of age.
Make it make sense fellas, now he's getting rich by shilling some new "mewing" method, what a grifter but everyone else is getting rich off 15 year old kids so i can't blame him.
