Hi i’ve got a quick question about Salludons „natural“ ascension which i believe he didn’t get any implants but this mf literally grew a radix with „stram“ which made his nose look straight. My question is did he get filler or did he really did his ascension all „natural“ as he himself claims that.

Unfortunately not filler, if you look at his account on Reddit u/helmutstrebl you can see that he documented the entire thing, he looked a tad bit different with every post
