Bonesmashing doesn’t work for building bone but it makes the area inflamed which gives the appearance of bone so if you’re going out or something you can do it before

Sort of, it works within reason it isn't gonna give you de Poot level bones of course, but the difference is definitely noticeable in harsh lighting even if it is small

I bonesmashed consistently for like 2 weeks and then stopped, and the last mirror pic I took of myself was a few days ago and they looked a lot rounder, so probably not swelling
