So I saw a post by Romeo that said it got leaked and you can search it up with ai and I did here you go boys

Phase 1: Masseter Hypertrophy (Jawline Bulking)

This phase targets the masseter muscles (the primary chewing muscles at the corners of your jaw) to give the lower third of the face a wider, square appearance.

1. Manual Chin Press: Place the base of your palm under your chin, push upwards to create resistance, and slowly open your mouth halfway against that force. Hold for 3–5 seconds, repeat 15–20 times.

2. Side-Jaw Isometric Hold: Place your hand on the side of your jaw, try to move your lower jaw laterally against your hand's static resistance, hold for 5 seconds, then switch sides.

3. Hard Resisted Chewing: Chewing tough mastic gum or specialized jaw-exercisers 3–4 times a week for 10–15 minutes (over-chewing is avoided to prevent TMJ strain).

Phase 2: Zygomaticus Activation (Cheek Definition)

This focuses on engaging the zygomaticus major and minor (muscles used for smiling and lifting the upper lip) while actively trying to disengage the buccinators (cheek wall muscles) so the face looks lean rather than round.

1. Slight Smile Isolation: Form a tight, subtle "O" shape with your lips, then attempt to pull the corners of your mouth upward toward your cheekbones using only upper cheek muscles without puffing out your cheeks.

2. Cheek Holds: Hold the upper cheek contraction at the top for 10 seconds to build isometric tone, completing 3–5 sets daily.

Im skipping 3 cause it’s lymphatic cope

Phase 4: Neck & Posture Integration
Focuses on tightening the platysma muscle (the thin muscular sheet over the front of the neck) and optimizing resting oral posture.

1. Chins-Up Neck Flex: Tilt your head slightly backward, press your full tongue flat against the roof of the mouth (mewing posture), and flex your neck muscles to flatten the submental area (under the chin).

2. Isometric Neck Extension: Place your hands behind your head, push your head backward against your hands to build the posterior neck muscles, which visually thickens the base of the neck.

Yeah so have fun guys? Imagine paying for this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Most of his clients are desperate Indians so I would say they stood no chance in the first place
