salludons transformation and my current situation

first of all i believe that salludons transformation is real. as you can see in the before he was in a forward head posture because the maxilla was rotated downwards in the other pic you can see that he doesnt have a bump in his neck and its straight as hell. i dont believe that he actually expanded or did grew his maxilla he just rotated it by a few degrees which also made his nose straight . the maxillas shape doesnt even change after you are 10 if it did i wouldnt go from a straight/upturned nose to a downturned nose at 12 i believe all this happened to me because i started mouth breathing and having poor posture from playing computer games all day at 12 which messed me up. my current side looks exactly like salludons before which is lifefuel for me honestly. in his original reddit post 7 years ago he says he achieved it by chewing hard gum for 20 minutes and hard mewing 2 hours a day also doing chin tucks for 1 - 2 hours while hard mewing also walking with straight feet and having his abs and glute tight. so if you guys look at your pictures from 10 yo and you didnt had any reccesions you might look reccesed now because of bad posture

A lot of people aren’t as recessed as they truly think it’s usually just bad posture + facial fat hiding the bones

i agree but this post isnt about bf im more interested in thr nose shape change because my nose is exactly like his before maybe a bit better
