Sarm cycle to supress test?

I want to hop on TRT and in order to get it prescribed in Europe you have to have exceptionally low test levels (I understand that in the US you pretty much just have to ask and they give it to you)

What would be the best Sarm to do a cycle of in order to suppress test while minimising further red flags on my bloodwork (crashing lipids etc) just until I get it prescribed?
