I would probably go with an other sarm. Lgd or rad if leanness is more important and you can handle some possible hair loss.
But if your goal is to just keep what you got, osta is probably fine. Could add NAC for liver support.

Yeah the reason for ost>rad/lgd is the suppression horror stories bro. Can’t tell you how much I see on Reddit about dudes who genuinely never recover even after proper pct
