sarm peptide advice

i'm on mounjaro rn i want to get as skinny as possible because i've never seen myself skinny. after mounjaro i plan to start a peptide or a sarm cycle depending on the money i have. or maybe test only cycle idk. what would you suggest? i don't want to be intfertile also.

i would have to buy it from grey market and hide it from parents but i got mounjaro from doctor so they now about it also legal. apart from that there are not much difference between mounjaro. average weight loss with mounjaro is around 22% and with reta is 24%
