Most true anabolic steroids like test and shit make ur blood thicker, raise ur bp and shit. Which strains the heart. Don’t take any oral sarm things (pure liver damage) besides possibly ostarine. You’ll wanna lean into GH (might be bad for heart tho I’m not sure) and IF1, so HGH IF1 CJC IPA and shit. I’m not entirely sure tho, depending on ur current heart rate, test and shit tho. You could still just do test but at a lower dose

For ages I was looking into orals cos I did NOT want to inject into muscle, and my liver was already tanked from high dose accutane.
