Yeah I've only ran sarm cycles and honestly I've gotten a good amount of gains from them/minimal damage besides HDL drop (unavoidable). But not everyone reacts the same to orals some guys livers implode and LDL skyrocket, at that point you're better off tanking your health doing steroids with more data in a way that'll preserve your health more than if you were running sarms. And plus at some point you'll have to put down the orals because the liver can only take so much damage despite being resilient.
