Sarms have been underwhelming

Used lgd and Ostarine and Im seriously underwhelmed

Basicly gained no muscle. Got fat and my bench has only gone up like 7-8kg in 5 weeks.

Yeah it's mostly cope, just stick with creatine and whey/leucine.
Citrulline and beta alanine are also great.
The rest is good training, sleep and diet.
