What is UP!

My product will arrive in about two or three weeks (hopefully), and from now until the end of september I will force myself into a cut, then I will eat normally for a week. I will begin my first cycle using LGD4033 around october 7th. I have ordered LGD4033 from Deuschem, and it's manufactured by Deus Medical.

There are risks involved with LGD4033, the two biggest being that it tanks your HDL (good cholesterol) and substantially suppresses your HPG-axis, meaning that your natural testosterone production will plummet.

I have developed a protocol that addresses the biggest concerns:

For 6 weeks, I will use 5 mg of LGD4033 every day. Your gains on LGD don't increase linearly, meaning that taking 10mg of it will only increase your performance by 15 to 20%, but testosterone suppression and the negative consequences worsen exponentially. This is why I have chosen to take 5mg of it.

Almost every single supplement I take from here on out will be to manage the risk as well as improve retainment after those 6 weeks.

  • Clomid 25mg EOD 1 week before SARMS (it needs time to build up), the entire time while I'm on it, and also 25mg every day as a PCT for 2 weeks to stimulate testosterone production even more. Visual disturbance risks are real but it only affects 2% of the population, and its effects are reversible if you immediately stop using it. I've used it separately as a general test booster for 8 weeks, and I experienced no visual effects.
  • Combining a SARM and SERM is powerful as it mitigates the testosterone suppression while still providing excellent anabolic stimuli, but it strains your liver significantly. This is why I will use 1600mg NAC every day, combined with 4mg astaxanthin.
  • To mitigate cholesterol, I will use 4g of fish oil every day.
  • 600mg ashwagandha will be used every day to mitigate the cortisol spike during PCT, which threatens muscle retention.
  • 9m boron will be used every day during PCT to mitigate the SHBG spike from clomiphene.
  • Creatine 5g because why not.
  • 200 - 300mg of magnesium glycinate for sleep and cortisol.
  • Vitamins d3+K2, iron, zinc, etc.
That is about it.

While I'm on LGD, I will aim for a lean bulk (200kcal surplus) and train 5x a week for the entire period (roughly 9 to 10 weeks when including pre sarms and pct). 2x push, 2x pull, 1x leg day for even more anabolic signaling. I will also train my masseters & neck up to a point. I have a prescription for finasteride as well as isotretinoine (accutane) and I can get topical minoxidil, so damage to the hair should be relatively mild. My nutrition will be optimal in function of my goal, so around 25% will be fat, and the rest is split evenly between protein and carbs (maybe favouring carbs).

In september I will turn 21. Currently I am 71kg, ~23% bf, 170cm (I know, its fucked).

I am at around the late beginner stage in the gym so I have some noob gains to go (I can incline dumbbell press 28kg for 8 reps and low row 52kg for 8 reps). If it goes well, my incline press is projected to improve to ~36kg, and my lean NET muscle mass should increase by around 2 to 3kg, possibly more since I still have some noob gains to go. It would take 5 to 6 months of optimal nutrition to do this natty compared to 2 months enhanced. It's not as quick as injecting steroids, but it's extremely cost effective and relatively safe even with the worsened cholesterol. My clomid setup should be enough to largely counteract the supression caused by LGD.

I will only do one blood test and that is after the 2 month period is over in order to check if my testosterone, free testosterone etc are all in the healthy range.

Theoretically, the worst risks have been covered. But we will see how it plays out in practice.

When I'm on the cycle, I will post an update every week.

We're all gonna make it brahs

You need to verify that the shit is actually LGD. I had used LGD-4033 for 2 weeks before and found out it was anadrol being sold as LGD 4033

Deus Medical's products should be reliable, however you're still right to point that out. I'm a college student and doing chemistry, so I have access to analytical devices that I believe I am allowed to use to test these products. I know how to perform the experiments, so if I barely feel anything different I will test it and see if it's real or junk.
