You need at least average (35th-65th percentile) endogenous test levels, bone thickness, muscle belly length, and adipocyte count to make it as a natural. Low-T, skinny wrists, short muscle bellies, and high adipocyte count is a recipe for perpetual skinny-fat hell, and such a person will need steroids just to be on par with the average natty gym bro. I can vouch for the good morning as an excellent posture-fixing exercise. If you can do good mornings with your body weight for three sets of 8-12 reps, you will never have lower back issues.
