Sarpe may be better than MSE

Im still looking into it but
MSE max can expand 12mm laterally
Wheras sarpe can expand 15mm and over
I was talking to this girl on reddit that had it and said she expanded 15mm with sarpe.

I wonder if an ortho can do sarpe

If you want expansion of the full midface the way MSE gives, SARPE won't do that.
