SARPE vs MARPE etc

What are the main differences amongst the methods to expand palates? I’ve heard numerous methods aside from these 2 as well and didn’t know what’s the best.
Would it depend on the severity?

MARPE is better if u wanna see changes in ur face, also faster recovery and less discomfort
and SARPE is surgical and worse tbh

Marpe also expands the zygos but it has a higher failing chance compared to SARPE.

Also, you can push the maxilla with SARPE with the tongue to get 1- 3 mm of forward growth, given that its more flexible.
