getting SARPE because it’s covered by healthcare meanwhile i have to pay for MARPE
is there any pros/cons of getting this
anything i would get from MARPE that i wouldn’t from SARPE and vice versa

why would you consider marpe if your getting free sarpe?

no im planning on going with the sarpe, i was just wondering if the effect on my face will be the same from either of them

I mean its surgery versus a mouth appliance, im pretty sure they both do the same thing right?
I mean you could always plier pull as well if your young enough

im 16 turning 17 so probably not
and yeah they do, im also still trying to find out if a facemask or device attached to the expander would give any forward movement
because it is bone borne

you should "PLIER PULL", its legit, and if your wearing a expander rn than you would absoloutely get foward movement

@adpsl pleer pulling would be better than surgery at 16-17 since your bones are more malleable but it is a bit extreme for someone that young maybe consider getting sarpe first then plier pulling later down the line if you need to get any further forward movement out of it. i have never had either done so take my advice with a grain of salt
