is sauna helping me ascend? i got a sauna in my backyard which can go up to 100 degrees… should i use it every day or how often a week and if i use it, what kind of benefits does it give me? tell me how often and at what heat i should use it

in my experience it was a looksmin. i did it 5 days a week after workout. and it cancelled out all the benefits of working out for me, everything improved when i stopped doing it.

Yeah its not gonna make you gandy or anything but it can help with recovery so building muscle could be easier and it can also help with imflamation which can cause puffyness so in theory atleast yes ut could help you a bit
