Yeah the study shows brow rigde increase but that has to mean you get gh, the high temp might give a signal to the brain to grow a certain part of you body like jumping alot will strengthen the ancles. But I wouldn't go as far as saying that sauna increases brow ridge bone mass, that's like a VERY indirect correlation.
Like saying that exercise gives you a larger penis. Yes, exercise can help you improve your testosterone, which can upregulate DHT, which will give you a bigger dick, but that's very different from landing on the conclusion that "Exercise gives you a larger dick".
