my frame is about 17 inches and my height is 5’11 point something.
I would love to see some cheap diet advice or/and exercise advice, ik this has been asked many times before but I think that if I specify my problem you guys can give me a better advice. See, I’m Russian and the imported HGH is absolutely fucking expensive. About 10k rubles(100 usd) for 10iu, I simply can’t afford it, it’s a third of my savings. I doubt that other supplements or hormones are much cheaper cause pharmaceutics here is garbage just like everything else, we don’t produce anything. Still, maybe they do, so if you have recommendations please share.

Just workout and eat more, why would you take drugs when you dont even have experience on lifting

I do. I went to the gym for a year and saw little to no result then I stopped. Now I do boxing

U sure GH is that expensive? Im also russian from kazakhstan and Ive seen like 50IU for 15k rub or so
