Saveable?

Am I saveable if I lose enough of this fat or will my facial structure require me to hardmaxx? I’ve already began starving a bit so hopefully I can salvage my teen years before it’s too late

Losing fat is def a good start once you do that you will def want to hardmax, it’s hard to tell what surgery’s are the best to go for until your lean but you will likely want to get a bimax based off what I can tell from your current structure and figure out if you want to anything else done once you actually get lean
