Excited but not sure what to spend it on, I have a recessed maxilla,, massive nose (due to maxilla and genetics) I am also 21.5 years old

Is MSE + facemask the way forward ? am i missing out on something should MSE + face pulling also give me a better under eye support ?

I will continue roid maxxing plus bone mashing my jaw too

I am very fortunate that my parents moved out of the 3rd world

Rhino is permanent and a sloped nose can make you appear to have more forward growth. Having a downward turned droopy nose gives the appearance of a recessed maxilla even if it's average since it makes your profile flat.

UE fillers last for a minimum of 6 months but I plan on getting implants afterwards. Just want a temporary fix for when I go back to college in fall.

Have you tried morphing your nose? It might be the shape that makes your maxilla look recessed. Is your chin recessed too?

a little bit but i can run beard over up game its mostly the maxilla that is recessed causing the big nose
