Saved up enough for EITHER a rhinoplasty or genioplasty. Advice?

I know both my nose and chin/jaw area are bad (nose too big, chin too small) but I have only been able to save up enough for one of the procedures. I am leaning more towards genioplasty as even with rhino I will still be a skullcel due to small chin and jaw, whereas with genio I will still have a big nose but having a stronger chin will probably balance that out anyway. Help me decide?

It is cheaper to to do both together due surgery room/ equip / tools fee.

I suggest first the genio; but ask how much it to do them together. You prob asked for them separately and ofc separately you got rent 2 times the wholw surgery things

We both proabably ideally need bimax, but fuck that with all the time in braces + huge huge expense.

Hoping genio will give me a good enough camouflage effect.
