I have awful eye area with upper eyelid exposure and garbage shape. Does it possible to ascend to mtn if me eye area will be fixed using surgeries? Or it's over? Maybe I should trim the corners of my eyes with a scalpel like in the second picture. Could that make things worse?

You are already MTN and your eye area isn’t bad at all it suits you, don’t get surgery on the eyes in your case i don’t think the cost and risk will be a good return

It’s not that bad. You could easily get big improvements with just Botox and UEE filler to improve your hooding and canthal tilt.
