Saving for surgeries

I get 1501 in neetbux monthly. About to be 1540 in 2026. Take away rent and I have 841 in neetbux and 70 in bills and can make 125 a week by donating plasma. If I get a full time job for like 20 an hour 40 hours a week I'd have to pay for a car,gas, insurance, plus full energy bills, plus food, plus full internet,. I'd probably be left with the same amount as neetbux monthly if I were to save. Better off just saving neetbux for a year. I'd have 16,092 or close to it if I saved. That's enough for a 8250 rhinoplasty in Turkey and plane ticket. Which is a start. Is this feasible?
