idk i never did a dexa scan or anything like that.

basically i just minimized eating as much as possible, fasting some days and eating one small meal some others but it wasn't really sustainable. felt like shit most of the time so i stopped.

but i first noticed an effect when i saw my reflection from the sun's light in my roommate's computer monitor and i looked fucking insane tbh
