Saw a guy with huge masseters today

His jaw muscles were bulging more than Mike Mew's. He also had hollow cheeks and stubble.

Otherwise though, he was short, very thin and nothing exceptional.

I don't think so. It looked like actual muscle and the way he was dressed resembled more of a poor man rather than someone who is obsessed with his looks. He didn't LOOK as if he had the money nor the interest to get cosmetic surgery/procedures. If it actually was fillers, the practitioner must be a genius.

More likely a result of chronic clenching/bruxism and gum chewing. But it looked very good and natural.
