Saying racial slurs with my coworkers

All my coworkers are Asian or some other shit but the defining characteristic is that they all hate blacks. Even the younger ones teenage and old alike they all hate niggers and call blacks niggers and gay people fags. I dont get how you guys get liberal coworkers every person I've met has been very right wing.
