i am 18 and my mate and i own a lawn mowing business in our local area 200km^2 ( 120mi^2 ) and i want to scale and hire people to do the work so i can just rake in money without physical work, how should i do this ?

Step 1: Advertise - increase number of clients and get them to stay with you (offer subscriptions or undercut competition)

Step 2: Slaves - once you have a consistent and reliable customer base, that you and your partner are fully booked with. Bring someone else on and offer them a commission rate. High school kids would be good for this since they’re broke af.

Step 3: Repeat. Continue working to find new clients and increase cash flow, with an increase in cash flow find more slaves to work for you. Once the money you’re making from the work of your slaves is comparable to the money you’d make doing the labor, take a step back and focus solely on finding new clients and maintaining relationships.

Don’t hire retards. Don’t hire crooks. Hire honor roll kids who are too scared to go out on their own or steal clients from you. Treat your guys well and they’ll treat you well.

But you’re not going to do any of this shit I don’t know why I wrote this all out.
