Scalp/Dandruff/Bumps on scalp

idk wtf is wrong with my scalp, i have white flakes, they aren’t visible unless i ruff my hair up pretty bad, I also have these bumps on my scalp that hurt to touch.. Anyone know a fix? I’ve tried countless shampoos conditioners etc

nutrition is your issue and start scratching your scalp with comb then put oil on scalp then shampoo twice

What can I improve about my nutrition like specific vitamins or do you mean in general?

u cant rly fix this i have it sometimes and sometimes it goes away
