Scalp Reductions Before Hairtransplant

Since there are limited follicules to the transplant to scalp, a scalp reduction is useful to cover bald area.
I'm a diffuse thinner and i'll need it in future.

What if the doc take all the follicules from hair, then scalp reduction for that area and plant follicules to other places to make hair thick.

Why wouldn’t this be a more used approach. Perfect this surgery so there’s no complications and then everybody would have enough donor hair to fill the remaining scalp
